As the founder and principal of D.J. Scott Associates Limited, Dennis Scott has had extensive experience in a wide range of environmental and landscape planning, assessment, design and management projects over a 32-year period. Prior to forming D.J. Scott Associates Dennis worked at the Ministry of Works and Development from 1975 to 1987 assuming a range of responsibilities including Landscape Architect in Wellington (1975-1976); Senior Landscape Architect, Auckland (1980-1982) and Whangarei (1983-1987) and Nursery Manager for the Ministry of Works Kauri Nursery, Northland from 1979 to 1987.
