Hester Scott has been employed at D.J. Scott Associates Limited for over seven years as a Landscape Architect and more recently as team manager, and a member of the company Management Board. Areas of specialisation include; Integrated Catchment Management survey, analysis, interpretation and policy development; Rural and rural-residential subdivision design and resource consent applications, planting and management plans, project management, landscape visual assessment, landscape repair and site restoration. Hester also has experience in the preparation and delivery of expert witness evidence and exhibits and Council Hearings, staff recruitment and management, and practical field experience in the area of revegetation and plant propagation.
